Your order will generally ship in 1-3 working days. Depending on the country, we will use postal or parcel service. Shipping costs of the product depend on weight, size, destination, and delivery service. When you checkout, the webshop will automatically calculate shipping costs for your address before the actual payment. We will charge a handling and shipping fee for deliveries in the Netherlands, Europe, and outside Europe. Please note that all international customers (outside the EU) are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.
Returns shall only be accepted within 14 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Droog shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at [email protected] and receiving an approval notification.
